Rask0lnikov (2713) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - OCT 25, 2017On tap at Brewskival 2017. Pours pale yellow colour. No head. Citrusses, earthiness, vinegary notes, fruity notes, maybe apricot, notes of sweetness, which reminds honey in the aroma. Sour and citrussy beginning. Sourness in the middle. Notes of white wine and sourness in the end. Aciic notes too. Sourness here is rather complex and juicy, not so much acidic and dry. However palate is dry. Slightly acidic, citrussy aftertaste. Enjoyable brew.
