UPDATED: APR 5, 2024 April 2023. 330ml typical Delirium bottle, unfiltered, from LCB. I love the whole concept of Delirium and totally buy into it. I've been rather snobby about this beer over the years, and, yes, it's a little crude, but it's still a boozy, malty, tasty little beast that is great fun. Let it settle both in the glass and in the mouth before drinking. It's actually not that bad.... [3.0] March 2023. Belgium & Blues. Ok, but more of a fizzy cola than a beer. A bit disappointing. But OK. Does have that Belgian feel. [2.7] May 2004. The darker sister of Tremens. A fizzy brew with alcohol warmth, fruit cake flavours and some herbal sarsaparilla. For some reason I have the American 8.5% version complete with California Cash Refund stamped on the back. There’s stuff to like about this, but not a lot. The flavours swim around in a loose manner, completely unattached, while the mouthfeel is crude. Not a good beer. [2.4]

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2024 The aroma is light Belgium yeast, caramel, spices coriander. Pours a dark copper brown with amber hues, and a big foamy light tan head, mostly diminishing. The taste is a little bitter and a little sweet, very nice. The body is medium, the texture is slightly fizzy, the carbonation lively. Very nice flavors going on, caramel, some light mocha coffee and light coriander.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2024 Una cerveza con un color ruby tirándo a café, con una espuma generosa. Notas a café, frutos secos y caramelo. Un balanceo muy bueno en sabor.

UPDATED: MAR 17, 2024 On tap at Hops, Crewe. Pours a dark burgundy with a small cream head and good lacing. There’s raisins in the aroma alongside yeast and malts. In the mouth itis quite sweet with a chewy texture and flavours of dried fruit, yeast, chocolate and caramel. Plus hints of fruit peel and alcoholic strength. Some bitterness in a spicy finish. This is excellent !

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2024 Nalewa się z obfitą szybko opadająca piana. Barwa bursztynowa, właściwie prawie burgund. W zapachu jest bogato, nuty slodowe, nuty chlebowe i owocowe. Czuć lekko alko. W smaku jest w zasadzie bardzo podobnie, po za tym jest gładko. Alkohol doskonale ukryty. Doskonały balans pomiędzy słodem i goryczką. Jescze bardziej lubię Belgię. Po ogrzaniu dostrzegalnav lekka kwaskowość.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2023 Dark brown colour with a large fluffy off-white head. Aroma: dried fruits, raisins, some fermented plums, yeast, yeasty esters, dark bread, hint of rye, toffee, hint of banoffee, some liquorice and spices. Taste: caramel malt, brown sugar, soft toffee, citrus, some alcohol (more like a hint of fine vodka), dried fruits, some raisins. Fairly soft flavour and texture.

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2023 Dark brown color with an alcohol and malt aroma. Flavor is sweet malt with a spicy alcohol burn. Mild hop bitterness.
