On tap at SBWF 2011. It poured a dark foggy golden liquid with a small creamy head. Fresh and citrusy hoppy smell and taste. Light and easy to drink, should work wonders during the hotter months.

50 cL bottle. Pours slight cloudy golden hazzlenut brown with a lacing off-white head. Solid caramel malty aroma with a distinct hoppy fruity note. Flavour is the same with dominant hops and a mild sweet caramel malt base. Dry and hoppy finish.

Bottle at Kobehavnske Oldage, May 2006. Mid brown colour. More APA than IPA I’d say. Plenty of hops. Grapefruit and leafy herbaceous notes dominate. Some light fruity malt too. The Cascade seems more prominent than the Fuggles and Goldings. Good firm mouthfeel. Very tasty. Of the new breweries I tried, Raasted impressed me most.

This is a very dark pale ale, reddish-brown with a nice head. The aroma is hoppy with notes of caramel. This goes for the flavour too, it has nice notes of fruit, caramel, roasted malt and a fine bitterness in the long finish. Very nicely balanced and full-bodied, and I like this one a lot!
