UPDATED: DEC 25, 2022 Goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Fruitig met een aangename zachte gistsmaak. Aangenaam bitter.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2022 Das Tripel von Vicaris kommt mit fingerdicker, feinporiger und stabiler Krone ins Glas. Die Farbe ist helles Bernstein und trüb. Der Geruch hat neben Sherry auch Trockenobst, allem voran Pflaume. Beim Antrunk sehr komplex mit diversen Beeren und Sherry bei süßem Gesamteindruck. Dabei wenig rezent, da wir es bei 8,5% mit einem Schwergewicht zu tun haben. Die Kohlensäure ist mir schon fast zu viel, kann aber den wuchtigen Körper nicht recht rezent machen. Beim Abgang kommt der gut verbaute Alkohol leicht zum Tragen, Hopfenaromen können sich aber nicht durchsetzen. Ein super komplexes und abwechslungsreiches Tripel. Ich liebe es! 10-2020

UPDATED: SEP 3, 2022 Аромат слегка отличаеться от классического своими хмелевыми нотами, уходящими в хмою, а так есть знакомая солодая сладкая часть с пшеницей, медом и нотами цветов. Цвет золотой, большая белая шапка пены. Вкус еще больше не похожий на классику стиля, очень много хмеля, которой не так сильно горчит как уходит в хвойные и травянистые нотки, тем самым мешая раскрыться сладости этой стилистике, немного дисбаланс в этом. А так мед, снова пыльца от цветов, хорошо, но поменьше хмеля бы.

Long lasting white head. Taste: Medium sweet, spicy, some floral/herbal. Palate: Medium body. Light sticky texture. Bitter finish.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2022 Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal sour. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella media e c'è anche una componente moderatamente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, agrumi, sour, vino bianco, spezie, umami e incenso.

UPDATED: SEP 3, 2021 330ml bottle. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is funky yeast, light buttery toffee, light floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a grainy, light warm alcohol, floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation.
