Draft @ New Englands Tap house (this being about the third time Iíve tried this on draught). Snifter shows a hazy pale color with little head. Nose is fruity Belgian yeast, pepper and hay. Flavor is classic for the style and real pleasant. Notes of lemon, cloves, honey and some light hints. Medium-bodied, with effervescent mouthfeel leading into a dry texture. This one is a classic, and really should be tried if you love or even if you donít like the style.
