Plovmand (12135) - Grindsted, DENMARK - JUL 3, 2006Bottle. Dark red color and white head. In the nose sweat malt, hops and caramel. Tastes of candy floss mixed with hops! It actually works.
Unfortunately there was very much yeast leftovers and I had to leave 5 cl in the bottle.
fiulijn (28318) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 12, 2006Hazy dark amber color. Aroma of sugars, sugar floss, fruity bushes, funny. Malty taste, a bit herbal. Interesting.
Storm (2684) - Amager, DENMARK - MAR 2, 200650 cl bottle. Reddish amber colour with a weak head. Nice aroma of flawor, sweetness and hints of caramel and toffee. Nice smooth flavour of malt and some chocolate in it too. Very little bitter, but ends up really nice.
Papsoe (25039) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 26, 2006(Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy dark amber with a tiny, off-white head. Sweetish, caramelish nose. Medium body with notes of roasted malt and some caramel sweetness. Some fruity accents. Not too much is going on here and the hops are very subdued for an Ølfabrikken beer. 240206
Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - FEB 20, 2006cloudy brown colour with a fast disappearing foam; subtle aroma of honey with lingering nutty notes; sweet and slightly oily, low carbonation; a touch of late bitterness; the finish is fairly dry with long honeyish reminiscence - dangerously drinkable
Bugrat (61) - Cph. V, DENMARK - FEB 9, 2006Pleanty of taste, but in my mouth it just spreads to wide. It is a: "Not shure where it is taking me", kind of feeling.
anders37 (31473) - Malmö, SWEDEN - FEB 2, 2006Hazy reddish colour with a tan head. Lots of honey in the aroma hints of hops too. Sweet malty flavor with honey and fruity hoppy flavor. Very smooth. Dry and hoppy finish.
madbeer101 (11906) - Søborg, DENMARK - DEC 28, 2005Bottled: Golden coloured. Light dusty. Beige dense head. Distinct honey aroma. Sweet and sugary. Quite floral. Flavour is sweet as well. Malty flavours dominant. Fruity and light spiced. Medium bodied Light bitter in the end.
Ungstrup (51285) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - DEC 25, 2005A slightly hazy red beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is sweet with quite strong notes of berries - raspberries and honey. The flavor is also quite sweet with strong notes of berries - again I pick up raspberries - in the begining, which then turns slightly sticky with notes of honey, giving it a very smooth mouthfeel. The fruity honey notes lingers for a long time. I think it lacksome bitterness to balance the sweetness. Not the best honey beer I’ve had - but still nice.
Jeppe (2634) - Brooklyn, Alabama, USA - DEC 22, 2005UPDATED: DEC 23, 2005 Bottled from draught. Thanks Ølfabrikken!
Fine disappearing tan head, hazy amber colored body. Penetrating honey aroma, mild and sweet. Honey in the flavor as well with a note of caramel and grassy hints. Easy drinkable and not too exciting, but very well-done.
