UPDATED: MAY 30, 2023 Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is slightly spicy, some wine notes, wood, mild farmyard, some yeast as well as citrus. Flavour is bready, some citrus, mild acidic notes, sour wood as well as some slight herbal tones. Quite mouthdrying.

UPDATED: SEP 22, 2019 The Aromas are yeast, earthy, a little pale malt spice and citrus. Flavors are similar to nose, traditional though basic, bittersweet with some tart. Body is on the thin side with okay carbonation. Finish follows flavor. Good enough beer.

UPDATED: JUN 12, 2019 A: Opaque milk. Slight caramel hue. N: Full-on brett. Barnyard, lemon, orange. T: The acidity on the nose is quite mellow. Slightly creamy. Cereals. P: Medium O: The color is a problem. But the taste is bang on the money.

UPDATED: FEB 10, 2019 Keg at the brewery taproom - Bermondsey. Pours unclear gold with a creamy, white head. Solid, some mid-level funk, wheat bread, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, nice citrus fruits, mellow farmy funk, pale bread. Nice one.

UPDATED: JAN 16, 2019 750ml bottle. Milky, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally woody, oaky, yeasty spicy and minimally fruity aroma, a herbal touch as well, notes of mustard seed, a touch of dill, hints of apricot, dried apricot. Taste is dry, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy, subtle sweetness, a minimally woody, oaky touch, notes of apricot, dried apricot, a touch of white pepper and mustard seed. Very homogeneous, harmonious, consistent.

Gusher Aroma: Medium sour, barnyard, lemon. Appearance: Milky, straw body. No head. Mouthfeel: Medium body, smooth. Medium-light carbonation. Flavour: Medium-light sour, bready, barnyard, citrus.
