UPDATED: JAN 30, 2020 0,72 l bottle at Takenoko Bar, Zagreb. Oily very pale greenish golden. Light wood, light fruit, white grapes, apple, leaves or herbs, alcohol. Some sweetness, grainy flavour, light fruity and vanilla touch. Quite boozy. Oily. Slightly tart in the middle, light sweetness in the finish. Delicate.

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2019 Bevuto freddo. Il liquido è privo di colore e trasparente. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto al naso è di fruttato banana, floreale, banana e acqua di sorgente. La prima impressione di intensità in bocca è di sake esile. L'aroma alla lingua è leggermente sul secco. Il corpo è medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Sulla lingua si fermano indizi di melone, frutta, acqua di sorgente, anice e pepe.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2019 Blå flaske, 18 cl, delt med skibsrederen ombord på Fridtjofen aug-19: klar, nesten fargeløs. Jeg har ingen erfaring med å beskrive sake, så dette blir nokså famlende. Milde inntrykk av neglelakkfjerner, kokt ris og overmodne gule epler?

Blue 180 ml bottle served at a sushi restaurant in Åbenrå, Denmark (served hot). Clear, almost like water body with no head. Aroma has yeast, rice and fusel with a hint of boozy alcohol that becomes stronger as the sake turns less hot. Flavor is quite sweet, some yeast, rice and alcohol fusel. Quite easy to drink, not very complex and I agree with the waitress that recommended to drink this hot as it becomes to boozy served cold.

Bottle shared with McTapps and Cassio. Pure rice taste with a nice sweet aroma. Tasted full of character. For a sake-beginner and beerman a great mixture of cider and beer. Interesting.
