Draft at Brewvival: Peach and grass nose. Amber, thin head. Dry lime and apricot flavor with a lemongrass flavor. A different type of IPA, but a smaqll fish in a big pond.

On tap at Foothills brewery. Yellow amber color. Malty and hoppy aroma. Some early boil bitterness. Easy to drink.

On tap at Foothills. Burnt orange pour. Tangerine and pineapple aroma. Great bitter hop flavor. Very well balanced. This is a very good IPA.

on tap at flying saucer in columbia. pours a darker, golden-copper with a thick, white head and solid lacing. aroma is very nice with big, sweet grapefruit and orange citrus notes with touches of pine resin, caramel malts, and a hint of vanilla. flavors is quite good as well with bright citrus hop notes of orange and grapefruit with a sweet, floral ester twist, resinous pine, and sweet toffee malts on the back end. palate is creamy and medium bodied with a lingering bitter finish. overall, a damn nice IPA.

From the Bottle at the Marriott Hotel, Denver 26/09/2009 Some hop aroma. Amber golden coloured and hoppy with a little bitterness in a crisp and dry malt finish.

Sampled at the 13th Annual Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. Orange-red, white cover. Big herbal pine hop aroma, caramel. Taste is big bitter pine herbal spiciness, and good caramel to back up the hops.

Sampled at charlotte octoberfest 2009. Clear light orange color. Aroma is very strong with some citrus fruit and a syrupy sweetness. Flavor is tasty hops again with mostly pine and grapefruit sort of bitterness.

sample from the pitcher at GABF on 9/26/09... clear golden pour... with grassy hops on the nose... nice bitterness throughout... crisp, clean and a really nice IPA.
