Commercial Description:
A hop lover’s delight! In the India pale ale tradition, this brew is very hoppy in both aroma and flavor from the generous amounts of Cascade hops used in brewing. Look for a medium to full body and golden straw color.

Bottle (12oz). POured deep clear gold with a small fizzy-foamy white head. Aroma - jesus, smells like soy sauce mixed with hops - not awful, but strange. Taste is very harsh, slightly oily hops, vague sour malt - unbalanced. Mouthfeel is thin, a little fizzy, astringent - not a very good IPA.

Golden in color with a medium head that has medium longetivity. Aromas of flower and hops and fruit. Flavor is hoppy lightly flowery with a strong bitter finish. Smooth on the palate, as IPAs go this is on the lighter side. I had with some strong cheeses on the side and this pairing worked quite well.

This IPA pours a golden amber color from a 12 oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head. Aroma is citrus (orange and grapefruit), fruity and sweet. A medium bodied IPA. Malts are caramel and sweet. Hops are grapefruity and a touch floral. Perhaps a little earthy as well. A medium bitter IPA. Solid IPA, perhaps a touch sweet in the finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

The aroma is fruity and floral. The color is golden with a white head that is short lasting. The hop bitterness comes through clearly in the flavor and the aftertaste is average.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Weak aroma with very little hops. The flavour is not very hoppy either. Very thin and bland.

12 oz bottle Pours a clear golden hue with a white head. Decent lacing. Has a hoppy smell with hints of carmel and band aid. Has an acidic bitter taste which stays with it through the sour finish. I liked it. Kind of had a watery dry texture if that makes sense.

From Degarth on trade. <P>Pours clear darker gold with a white head. Aroma is hops with a a bit of malt. Flavor is grapefruity hops. Drinkable, don’t really understand the sub-3 rating, this bottle’s not that bad at all.

Pours a medium amber. Floral hop aroma with some caramel malts. Flavor is citrusy, could use more hops.
