UPDATED: NOV 29, 2022 Bottle shared at Pigs Ear 2022 - day 1. Cheers to Kenny! Pours lightly hazed gold with a fluffy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour, a little salty, with notes of tart citrus, soft funk, a little pale wood. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Clean, tart and quenching finish, more tart citrus, mellow acidity. Solid.

Pigs Ear. Bottle. Hazy gold beer, good off white head. Palate is light and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Thinninish malts a light sweetness. Good mildly funky floral fruits. Light dry finish. Yeah - quite dry but has a saison like layering and not too sour at all.

PowY (4562) - Vienna, AUSTRIA - MAR 15, 2020
UPDATED: MAR 15, 2020 750 ml bottle, bb. 15.1.2024. Very light gusher. Pours a hazy light amber with a quickly disappearing white head. The aroma is medium funky with hints of leather, wood, faint notes of horse blanket, some tart white grapes and light vinous notes. Medium body with an average carbonation, a medium acidity and a light to medium tartness. The flavor starts with acidic funk, citric acidity, unripe white grapes, grape skin and wood. Finishes dry with some residual acidity and quiet some wood. The acidity is quiet dominant and overpowers the yeast complexity a bit but apart of that pretty good.
