Robe dorée limpide, mousse assez faible, carbo idem. Nez léger, un peu malté, sans plus. En bouche, c'est assez sucré, un léger goût roti correspond peut être à la farine de gaude ? C'est un peu classique, dans le style bière de garde, mais bof...

bottle from Hyperboissons Dijon. Gushing, the rest in the glass is golden yellow with a huge white head. Malty start, grainy with hints of sweetcorn, very very shy hoppy touch in the far distance.

Bue en bouteille de 75cl. Mauvaise bière, sans bulle, sans goût, sans arôme. Beurk !

Bottle, Golden yellow colour with small white head. More roasted malt than smoked in aroma. Sweet roasted malt in flavour with a bit of caramel and wood. The smoke is very discrete.

Flöska. Bit unclear deep golden colour, small white head. Mild smoky grainy sweet caramel aroma. Sweet grainy mild smoke caramel bit fruitish flavour. Quite a mild smoked brew.

pale yellow small white head. slightly peppery herbal de garde like aroma. flavor is spicy, peppery, dry, sweet malty, not much hops. sweet grassy herbal brew.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a small white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of light hay and light caramel. Very light smoke, caramel, sweet malt and some fruit. Smoked? Hmm. The finish is sweet caramel and hay.

Bouteille de 33 cl achetée chez Bières et Cie à Lons-le-Saunier (F). Ale dorée, mousse blanche attrayante sur pétillement moyen. Arômes de céréales, caramel, notes grillées. Goût doux, polenta de maïs, caramel et noix. Le malt est bien présent, nuancé de maïs grillé. La fin est à peine plus sèche, minces touches fruitée et fumées.
