Commercial Description:
This delightful brew is a medium-bodied pale ale that is balanced to perfection. It has a fresh hop aroma and a mild sweetness that finishes crisp and clean. This pale ale is brewed in the American style using two Northwest hop varieties, Centennial and Columbus. The fresh hop flavor is balanced with 2-row Pale and Crystal malts

I was a little surprised that I actually liked this beer. An a little abover average Pale ale. Not much about the aroma.

12 ounce bottle from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a clear golden color with nearly no head. Poor head retention and lacing. This is becoming a theme for this brewery. Aroma of citrus and slightly metallic hops with caramel. Taste is bitter citrus hops and caramel malts. Medium bodied.

Sampled from 12 oz bottle. Pours a golden color with small white head. Aroma is malty, with touches of citrus. A very balanced beer with a nice hop and malt character. Flavor is about the same. Pretty standard, and not as good as some of their other beers.

Gold-orange with off-white head. Slight aroma of hops and a bit of malt. Taste is a normal bitterness pale ale with some nice body to it. Finish is bitter but with a great hop taste and aroma.

12 oz. bottle, 2010. This is one of those beers that just is. Nothing offensive about it, but it doesn’t really pop with anything that really stands out. Tastes harsher than I like my pale ales. More bittering hops than aroma hops. Expected better from a brewery I really enjoy.

Hoppy citrus notes with big malt aromas with hints of caramel. Pours a pale golde with a thin white head. Mild hoppiness with hints of citrus and an earthy bitterness with traces of honey-like malts. Not bad, nothing special.

Pours orange with white head, aroma is floral hops with some bready malt. Taste up front is floral and piny hops leading into a biscuity/bready malt that finishes slightly bitter.
