UPDATED: AUG 18, 2019 Bière noire opaque à mousse moyenne, compacte et collant au verre. Arômes de malt rôti, café, agrumes, houblon 'vert', abricot, comme au goût avec des notes de bois-résine, réglisse, de la terre, agrumes et tabac. Pas mal, moins l'impression de brûlé dans la casserole. Le Mozaic doit être majoritaire.

F: big, tanned, long lasting. C: brown, hazy, opaque. A: dark malts, citrus, chocolate, bit pine. T: malty, chocolate, pine, grapefruits, orange, decent bitterness, tangerine, medium body and big gusher almost 2/3 of beer from bottle lost, yet not bad, 33cl bottle from Tom Beers shop in Geneva.

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, soft roast, citrus notes. MF: soft carbon, medium body, creamy texture. Taste: pretty roasted, coffee notes, soft bitterness, some citrus. Aftertaste: roasted, some coffee, alcohol, fruity notes, malty, slightly sourish, pretty bitter finish.

Bottle at L6 thanks to Papa Tipple. It pours hazy deep brown - black with a thick tan head. The aroma is soft, sweet, earthy roast, toasty, wood, leather, toasty grain and umami. The taste is dry, bitter, earthy roast, woody, toasted action, liquorice, umami and touch of spice. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent amount of umami. Not bad.

Bottle shared in Canary Wharf - many thanks to Tips. Pours unclear brown with a tan cream head. Not bad, some brown bread, citrus fruits. Light to medium sweet, nips of orange and toasted pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Good balance in the finish, more toasted malts, citrus, mellow bitterness. Fine.

Bottle split at L6, thanks to Tipple, 22/05/18. Rich mahogany brown with a well presented tan covering. Nose is lIght smoke, toffee, charr, earthy roast, dried fruits. Taste comprises rich roasted tones, dates, cocoa powder, dusty hops. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stuff.

Bottle shared at the Columbus tasting. 22/05/2018. A hazed brown coloured pour with a fine dirty beige head. Aroma is woody, vanilla, creamy, light pine,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet. Creamy, vanilla,. Lingering woody,. Palate is medium sweet, moderate carbonation.

Level 6 Bottleshare. Thanks to Mr Tips. Always reliable for latex. Slightly murky looking pale brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Tangy malts, little caramel. Tangy fruits. Light finish. Some spice. CDA? Wat?

Share at a tasting, thanks anstei, medium thick bubbly mocha head, murky sark brown color, aroma of coffee, dark bread and herbs with a light piney hint, flavor of flavor of wort, herbs, pine, chocolate, metal and a hint of rubber, much too strong carbonation, much too light bodied. and not too good.
