UPDATED: MAY 4, 2022 29.4.2022: From tap at Solothurner Biertage at 4.7% ABV. Hazy pale straw-yellow color with a white head. Aroma of wheat, light fruity notes, some lime, some grapefruit, light herbal notes, kind of lightly sweetish fruit notes and very light biscuity notes. Medium body with a very light sweetness, a light bitterness and a very light acidity. The flavor starts watery with citrus fruits, lime, lemon zest, hints of tangerine and wheat.
