UPDATED: APR 6, 2020 (from old notes) - Aroma : Lightly toasted caramel/bready malt, undertone of citrus, a little mixed spice and floral hop. Taste : As aroma. Moderatly bitter throughout with a hint of a spicy tingle. Flavours a little understaed compared to aroma. Ultimately a tad bland

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2020 500ml bottle from Morrison’s, Hatch End and drunk on 15/06/2006. Surprised they stopped making this. It was a pretty decent bottled bitter. Probably not their best, but not bad.

UPDATED: AUG 30, 2019 Bottle from a supermarket, backlog rating. Pours pale amber with an average size off-white head. Aroma of hops, grass, caramel, malt and fruit. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2019 Golden color, with quickly fading foam. It has a little malty smell. Taste is weak fruity and bitter, but a pleasant beer to drink.

UPDATED: JUL 3, 2019 Golden to amber color, clear body, good carbonation, two fingers white head. Deep aroma of malt and hop. Flowers, hay, licorice, yeast, resin, apple, wheat. Taste is weak, bitter-sweet, malt, biscuits, bread. Aftertaste quite weak, a bit metallic. Mainly is sweet and malty.

UPDATED: JUN 11, 2019 Bottle. Clear golden color, fine white head. Floral, citrusy aroma. Medium to dry, light sour, low bitter taste. Apple and floral hop, low malty aftertaste. Medium carbonation, medium body.
