Sour wine, point of acetic and lots of tannines and grape acidity. Sour cherries, red just-not-ripe grapes. Backthroat soem fraintly caramelized grains. Feels much better carbonated than it looks; certian oily, tangy tonguefeel (the kernels?). And yet another great Italian grape ale - the future of Italian craft brewing?
