2009-05-23. Hazy dark amber body, good sized billowy off-white head and lace. Flavour is pleasantly bitter, mild but supportive malt, dry caramel notes. Very light mineral note in the finish, grows as it warms. (6+) Aroma is muted, both because its mild and the cold temperature. Mild malts, just a touch of hops light grassy touches. Average palate suits it. Simple but rather pleasant quaffable beer. Bottle at Bull and Castle, Dublin
