Caramel in color with a creamy head. Sweet caramel malts, light btterness, may have a little roasted malts as well. Nothing amazing, but could a decent session brew.

Smooth bitter, pulls with a thick creamy head. Plenty of malt, little bit of hops. Not much to be said, average mass-produced beer.

I feel John Smith is better than most big brand beers. Sampled on draught. Good appearance, creamy head with a wheaty taste. Don’t drink it when its warm. Its minging.

Hop malt aroma. Clear dark brown colour with excellent head and lacing. Smokey spicy hop malt flavour. Flat palate.

Smooth is a good word for it. Watery works too. Lightest bitter i’ve ever had. A touch of hops, but i was expecting more
