| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 1/5 | 8/10 | 1/5 | 10/20 | Mar 18, 2010 This tastes like Fruit Loops, 100%. Leinie’s is infamous for flavored beers, and most are typically awful, but if you like Fruit Loops, you should like this. Don’t expect beer when you buy this, expect Fruit Loops. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Mar 18, 2010 I’ve had this about two dozen times, both on draft and in bottle. I don’t know why I keep getting it (maybe because it’s fairly common at places that don’t sell good beers). It looks fine in a glass, but the aroma is pungent (skunked) and the taste is just bad. If I was really thirsty, it probably wouldn’t be so bad, but otherwise, no thanks. walleye (895), Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 14, 2010 On Draft, Very cloudy golden to light rust color with little to no head. The nose is heavy on fruit, orange, lemon, and blueberry, in addition to wheat, bread, and yeast. This is a very sweet beer with a medium body and a sticky buttery feel type finish. A perfect ’early in the day’ beer. philbertk (867), Seattle, Washington, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Mar 13, 2010 Canned on a United flight. Pours cloudy yellow with an average white head. Smells of huckleberries and citrus. Very pungent, would have thought it was a fruit beer from the smell. Flavors of lemon and orange. No berry flavor on tongue. Smells better than it tastes, but overall, better than i expected. It finished thin abrupt. dsid1127 (10), Illinois, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 3/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Mar 2, 2010 Aroma of synthetic blueberry extract. Very artificial. Tastes about the same. I couldn’t get past the overwhelming faux blueberry taste. The color is a nice amber, it’s nice to look at, that’s a plus.
Do yourself a favor and get a 312 (Goose Island Brewing) instead. Even Bud Light’s poor excuse for a wheat beer is preferable (maybe a slight exaggeration there). ChainGangGuy (2776), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Mar 1, 2010 16 ounce pint - $3.75 at Taco Mac in Kennesaw, Georgia.
Appearance: Slightly hazy, burnished gold body with a thin layering of white fizz which soon dissipates to a very thin white ring.
Smell: A scent of artificial lemons and synthetic blueberries. It doesn’t even smell like a beer.
Taste: Lightly sweet, lightly tangy taste of malted wheat trailed by a upsurge of lemon and blueberry flavor, a noticeable carryover of that Fruity Pebbels character from that Berry of theirs. Very small hint of coriander, likely placebic. Not much of a hop presence or apparent bitterness. Lemony, sweetish finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium-high carbonation, a tad fizzy.
Drinkability: No thanks. It’s a bit watery, a bit too fizzy, and, yeesh, there’s that artificial-tasting flavoring quality to it -- for me, it’s just subpar in all its facets. So, again, no thanks!
