CEZ (416) - Milano, ITALY - MAR 27, 2006[on tap, Salone Birra Milano 2006] Black body, medium tan head. Mild sweetness immediately balanced by strong roasted grain, bitter cocoa and coffee notes. With a medium body and a dry finish, this one is a worthy stout indeed.
Dorqui (3332) - Brescia, ITALY - MAR 26, 2006UPDATED: SEP 13, 2007 Draught at "Salone della Birra Artigianale 2006" - Milan.
Creamy and adherent clearly hazel color head. Black color, much dark and dense, decidedly impenetrable one. Warm and rather fragrant aroma; bitter cacao notes, liquorice and (slightly ) of coffee. Round and mellow taste, good body, much bitter and soft and altogether pleasant. Optimal persistence.
