courtesy of Luc Delacoste - black beer with a modefrate beige foam left; solid aroma of wood, roasted coffee, nuts, black cherries and tobacco; full-bodied, thick and fairly sweet with a late and robust bitterness; grainy, lot of residual sugars in a very long woody finish of rum, coffee, vanilla and black cherries; some warming alcohol notes - love it!

Draft @ CBFZ 2017. Pours dark brown with a minimal beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, maple syrup.Taste is primarily maple syrup, with alcohol and roasted malt in the background. Very sweet finish. Not that impressed.
