UPDATED: JUN 30, 2019 375ml bottle. Pours cold with a sluggishly-forming white head. Aroma is sweet candy and funky flora, sour. flavor is funky and lemony bitter, malt is still noticeable, fairly light carb, dry woodiness, very bitter and pithy.

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness and citrus. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, fruity and citrus finish. Body is light, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, barnyard, tart, apple, oak, lemon - grapes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, oak, dry, wood, grapes, lemony, funk, grape skin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180512]

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2019 Bottle at El Catador 5th Edt, Jan 19. It pours hazy golden with a creamy white head. The aroma is citrus forward with notes of acid and funk. The flavor is pomelo, funk, citrus fruits, orange zest and light acid. Great!
