COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is our first LAGER (German Pilsner). It has been brewed with Saaz and K-Golding hops. Color is straw yellow, perfectly clear. Alcohol is 4.7% ABV. Aroma is honey and dry hay. In the mouth the malt backbone shows its character linked to honey and to the hay but with a grass touch linked to the european hops. It's a perfect summer drink.

UPDATED: MAR 26, 2024 Bottiglia. Un arco olfattivo dominato dall'orzo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva è sufficiente.

courtesy of Marco Buraschi - quite clear dark golden beer with a decent head retention; aroma of honey and grassy hops; creamy palate, low carbonation and moderate body; a decent earthy bitterness; quite dry and with more notes of honey and flowery hops in the finish

Bottle, courtesy of Marco. Pours unclear yellow with a low head. Aroma is light grassy hops, floral, little grains and butter. Body is light and a tad watery, lively carbonation, decent bitterness, a little low on flavours. Dry and refreshing, yet a bit thin altogether. Still good.
