February 2018 - Saturday Tasting at Leighton's, Hackney. Can shared with big thanks to Fergus. As 'Gipsy Hill Haymaker', 4.2%. Pale yellow, lightly sparkling, clear, foamy off-white head leaves light lacing. Aroma is honey nut loops, Manuka honey, little lemongrass. Body is light and smooth. Taste is lemon and honey tea, waxy, marzipan fruits and soap, honeyed fruits, unpopped popping corn, lemongrass. A bit weird. (5-4-4-3-12=2.8)
