Dec 11, 2007 Hazy beige. Aroma of apple, some peach, light perfume. Very yeasty, with an astringent dustiness but that fades amidst bright florals and leafy hops. That character carries through the beer. Yeah, not the best notes but I was enjoying the beer and my friends.

Feb 5, 2007 (750ml bottle) Small off-white head atop a cloudy amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, bread, orange, peach, light coriander. Taste is medium sweet, bread, some peach, light seltzer. Light-medium body, seemed a bit thin.

Orange-amber hazy (when yeast added) color, small creamy head. Fruity nose has orange and coriander. Light to medium bodied. Belgian yeast, orange peels, coriander and fresh wood in the flavor. More Belgian than French, but is as exciting as the most biere de gardes.

Dec 13, 2009 Botella. Deep golden orange colour. Sweet fruity malty spiced aroma. Soft swetness with some spice, a good dry hoppy pleasant fruitiness, yeast and malt in the flavour.

Mar 23, 2009 Corked bottle. Orange blonde color. Malt, butter, pepper and nutmeg in the aroma. Malty, bready, buttery hopbitter flavor with nutmeg and citrus. Bitter cookies. Pepper in the aftertaste. Somewhat sticky mouthfeel. Pleasant ale.
