COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The Rosée d’Hibiscus is a soft spoken wheat beer. The rose colour comes from the hibiscus flowers added during the brewing process. The aromas and flavour of this tropical flower are very prominent in the beer, giving it a slight acidity and a very agreeable fragrance. It is the perfect thirst quencher on a hot summer day. 2006 to 2009 vintages 5.9% abv 2010 vintage 5.0%

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2023 16 ounce can from The Craft Beer Cellar in Waterbury, VT. Amber orange pour. Frothy beige head. Floral hop aroma hints at hibiscus and coriander. Slightly tangy notes of orange, hibiscus and coriander. Medium bodied and nicely flavored. Some earthy wheat malt in middle. Some piney notes in finish.

Robe rosée, voilée, peu scintillante, effervescence active.
Fine mousse blanche homogène. Tenue de mousse éphémère.
Arômes: généreux, floral, parfum, minéral, soupçon bonbon et herbacé.
Saveurs: équilibré avec des notes similaires aux arômes assez sèches et une fine acidité éphémère en finale.
Texture: corps mince, carbonation faible-moyenne, très bonne buvabilité.

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2020 Ljusröd med obefintligt skum. Doftar blommigt, rabarber och farinsocker. Smaken mellanfyllig, lite syrlig. Eftersmaken tämligen kort, lite söt, vattnig som utspädd cider.

Sabor igual más leve trigo, final corto de leve amargor floral y notas dulces, levemente seco, alcohol imperceptible. Textura acuosa. Carbonatación media.
Original aunque escasa en muchos sentidos. Ni rastro de las anunciadas especias.
