Keg at Craft beer co, Islington. A clear golden orange coloured pour , syrupy. Aroma is semi sweet, pear, floral, orange, spicy sour, pez sweet, orange rind. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, green apple, pear, juicy, medium sweet, sticky and sour. Prickly pear. Palate is medium sweet, prickly moderate carbonation. . Nice

Keg at CBC Islington, 17/10/18. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is pisy citric peel, acidic nostril twinges, damp cloth, ripe apricot. Taste comprises sharp citric flesh, lemon rind, funk, on the turn melon, lemon burn, damp straw, acdic rise, piss. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering climax. Solid sour ... typical bracing Cascade affair.

Keg bodied at CBC Islington - London. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Assertive but not aggressive, fun tangy melon character, mild acidity. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Cleaning finish, more melon, light lemon. Solid.
