Danke an anstei. Erhöht karbonisierter Antrunk, der nicht stört aber feinere Noten verdeckt. Moderat säuerlich-hefig, trockener Hintergrund. Süffig, mild herb, kaum kräutrig, schnell verschwundener Nachgeschmack. Nett. 8/9/11/7/8/9

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Hazy pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is wheat, yoghurt, grassy, nice earthy funk. Taste is earthy, rustic, yoghurt, leafy, citric hops. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Excellent Table beer, though quite lactic in character.

Bottle from the Blackwell web shop. Pours pale cloudy yellow. Aroma is phenolic, farmhouse, herbs, lightly citric. Body is light, a bit thin, bready, but very refreshing and quaffable. A bit like a forest in a sandwich. Good.

(bottle) hazy pale golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of white grapes and hay, with some soft hints of apple vinegar, almonds and manure. flavour is mostly black pepper and pizza dough, slightly phenolic and husky, with a touch of walnut shells and some herbal hops in the slightly tannic light-bitter finish. light- to medium-bodied with lively carbonation.

@Oso, Burgdorf - golden-yellow beer with a modest head retention; light funky and fruity aroma; thin-bodied, subtle carbonation, quite tasty; lively aftertaste of berries and grapes - very good
