Bov (14982) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - MAY 17, 2018@Zürich Bier Festival - black beer under a solid creamy dark beige foam; coffee, hazelnuts and light woody tones; full-bodied, creamy palate; long aftertaste of vanilla, roasted chocolate and coffee
anstei (3818) - SWITZERLAND - MAY 4, 2018Tap at Solothurner Biertage. Pours darkest brown. Aroma is cherries, wood, dried dark fruit, dust, old. Body is medium, quite sour but not offensive, low carbonation, strong roast notes. Still fruit too, working out rather well. Not well enough to drink a lot of it, though. A glass works well and that's quite something for a dark sour. Good.
