Ferris (23108) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 11, 2017
Draft - Dark malts and light toast. Jet black with a rich beige head. Light molasses and dark malts with a long finish. Again, nothing wrong here, although a bit sweet.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy long-lasting off white head. The aroma is light sweet malt. The flavour is light sweet with a dough yeast, grainy, earthy, light medicinal palate. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. By far the worst of the brewpub dunkel’s I’ve tasted in recent times.

Half llitre on Draft @ brewpub 17th March 2006 Thick creamy tan head. Clear black pour. A nice drinkable beer.

Well presented but after the first sip the foam almost dissapeared. Decent dunkel aroma with some chocolate and perhaps a touch of coffee. The flavour was a little to sweet for my liking but but with a little work this one has potential.

visionthing (7936) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAY 19, 2012
30cl draft at the brewpub. Dark brown with an off-white head. Aroma of lightly roasted malt with hins of chocolate. Sweet with a slightly dry and bitter finish. Medium carbonation. Quite okay and very nice in this part of world. (2012-05-11)

Beershine (5277) - Miami, Florida, USA - DEC 18, 2009
Draft @ brewpub. Opaque black with tan head. Roasted malt, simple aroma with touch coffee and chocolate. Palate is thin and a little sticky. Flavors are ok with some weird carob-like flavors like diabetic chocolate. Not the greatest beer but drinkable.

Oakes (30618) - Richmond, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 12, 2009
Dark brown with a slight head. The aroma is slightly chocolatey in its malt accent. Very sweet, soft and kind of light. Vague chocolatey notes. Like a 10P dunkel.

Draught at Lion Brewery, Saigon. Appears dark brown with a small beige head. Flavour and aroma of roasted malt and coffee. Softly carbonated. Light bitterness in the finish. An average dunkel.

TBone (27081) - Pori, FINLAND - MAR 1, 2009
Draught@brewpub. Dark brown color, small tan/beige head. Aroma of caramel, chocolate and light diacetyl. Soft palate. Color malts, a bit caramel, lactose and also light sourness. Drinkable, although not in top notch condition.

Theis (15148) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - MAR 28, 2007
Draught at the Brewhouse. Clear dark dark brown - offwhite head. Thin start and finish. In the middle there is some: roastedness, light burned, chokolate, coffee, light berries, light dry hay in the finish. Boring.
