Pours deep yellow with a big fluffy white head. Aroma of wheat and yeast. Light banana esters. Spicy with cloves. Decent but not as good as the regular Schneider Weisse.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark yellow with an average, frothy, white head, mostly diminishing with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (hay, straw, meal), light hops (herbs), heavy yeast (horse blanket, earth) with notes of banana. Light bodied, slick texture, lively carbonation, and a chalky finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity, and bitterness.

I don’t know if all of this beer is organic, but the bottle I got was. It was stamped all over the bottle and cap. This stuff was great. It poured with a huge frothy head and it was unfiltered, so I had all the delicious dead yeasts and stuff clouding up the beer. This is what a Wheat beer should be like. The realest beer I’ve probably ever had. Like something you could make in your basement (it smells a little like a basement), but only if you were really good at brewing. Pick this stuff up if you want to know what beer is.

Bottle - 500ml. Superb hazy golden/orange body with a fading off-white bubbly head. Malty/hoppy aroma with yeasty, spicy and caramel hints. Alcohol is well hidden. Well balanced wheaty taste that carries piney and biscuity notes. Ends with a good bittersweet finish. Enjoyable.
