Commercial Description:
Brewed with a high content of pale pilsner malt. Spalt aroma hops are added in small proportions, giving a mild hoppy after taste. ABV 4.0%

Odd greenish gold color with a stiff white head like beaten egg whites. Very effervescent beer. Wet, grainy nose with noticable, almost lime, hop notes. This is a flavorful pale lager, with some lightly toasted grains and hints of citrus. There is a little soap in here to, but all and all, not bad for a brewery’s light option or for a bottle I bought at a gas station in Mackinaw City.
