UPDATED: JUN 5, 2021 2 month old can A: Poured a big 2' tan head over a deep amber orange body. Thick foam held up extremely well and left sticky lace patches. S: Balanced aroma of light toast and tart fresh orange citrus. T: Drying and bitter orange pith and pine well balanced by a good dose of caramel sweetness, then a floral finish. Pronounced cascade. M: Medium light with average carbonation and a wet powdery finish. O: Big toasty malt balance makes it tasty enough to enjoy several.

UPDATED: APR 5, 2021 Needs a little more umph for a pale ale. IBU on the lower side, as well as malt perception. I guess the balance is ok, but the flavor and feel is almost like a pale lager. Has a clear medium yellow to light orange appearance. Glad I just had a small 5 oz pour vs bringing a full 6-pack home.

Flight at brewery. Amber, white (yes) head. Interesting blend of almost caramel malt, and fruity, florall, hops. Again, the aroma is light, but pleasant. Light to medium mouthfeel, smooth.

From the tap the beer pours clear and hplds a dark orange to blond color, aroma is indistinct, taste is wheat with sweet hits, a little grass/hay and finish is a very light citrus and a touch of vanilla. Good beer as i drink i keep trasting more. Inviting and entertaining to drink, not the most complex but definitely enough flavor profile to keep you interested.
