12 oz can
Recent canning, washed down 10/06
Fast pour in my mouth straight out of the can (save for a 1 oz sample in a shot glass for reviewing)
Pours mildly dark yellow with a quickly diminishing fizzy white head.
Smelt of moderate corn and white bread.
Taste was upfront moderate sweet cookie with light bitterness followed by a light flowery sweetness and light bitter grain. Mouthfeel was light, watery, and overly fizzy.
Overall, a good session beer. There is some taste here, at least. invalid (302), Columbus, Ohio, USA

All of the sudden, this is back in bars around here after about a 4 or 5 year hiatus! Very drinkable, similar to PBR in all respects except more malt presence. I would drink this over many macros, straight up. Crisp & smooth. Slightly sweet, NO skunkiness or foul odor. I just drank about 9 or 10 of these last night (lost count!) and I had no hangover or puking. I really can’t find anything negative to say about this vastly underrated beer. I am glad it’s back.
OLD RATE: It’s cheap crap BUT it IS tolerable. Hell, some bars around Richmond even have it on tap. There’s much worse than this. EFC1878 (293), Manchester, Greater Manchester, England

Smells disgusting and tastes of nothing. Beer of choice for morons in the UK. thechandler (287), Morgantown, West Virginia, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jan 18, 2009 Figured I’d go ahead and rate this. Aroma was decent. Little yeast, little malt. Mostly just beer aroma. Flavor was surprisingly decent. Not strong at all, very light, but decent, average beer pale lager, a style that really doesnt have much flavor in the first place. Overall...eh. Not great. Better than I expected though. Pipper (284), Ohio, USA
