Golden blond, small head, lots of carbonation. Hoppy aroma, also grain and barley. It’s mediumbodied, slightly hoppy, a bit hoppy and a bit sweeter than a pilsner. Normal finish, NIce beer but not so special to me.

(draft @ The Old Toad - Rochester, NY) Clear copper with a cream tan head. Aroma is sweet malts with some slight vegetable hints. Some dry and stale caramel and bread malts as well. Flavor is smooth and sweet at the beginning. Light bitterness comes through along with some damp vegetable flavors. A bit dry and bitter at the end.

12 oz bottle. Pours reddish in color with a small white head. Aroma of caramel malt and cherry. Medium smooth body. Flavor was caramel malt and cherry balanced by earthy hops. Finish becomes earthy and dry. Very nice Oktoberfest.

Pours clear amber with an off white head. Lager yeast aroma with toast and berries. The flavor is cardboardy with fruit and caramel. Nice on the palate. Minerally with almost no hops. Kind of thin, but toasty.
