Poured from 12 oz bottle into a nonic pint. Appearance: Opaque, pear juice color w/ huge, creamy head that dissipated rather quickly. The head was initially so huge that my 19 oz glass couldn’t contain it. Impressive! Smell: Fruity, some apple and pineapple with a citrus twist. Taste: Tangy pear mixed with lemon flavor, somewhat sweet. None of the banana or vanilla that I expected. Very slight bitter finish that counters the sweetness some. Mouthfeel: Creamy but moderate carbonation, a little syrupy. Drinkability: Perhaps too sweet and syrupy for me to want more than one in a single session. I love that it didn’t leave a bitter aftertaste. Comments: My first ever hefeweizen. Definitely would buy again, especially at the low price I found it. Not as much banana or vanilla as I was expecting from a hefe. Much creamier than any other beer I’ve tried to this point.

Pours a nice hazy yellow with a medium head that leaves little lacing. Have had in bottle and on tap, much prefer the tap(sometimes the beer has a mettalic taste when poured from bottle. Aroma and taste are a combination of citrus, banana and cloves. Complex flavors reveal themselves as the beer warms up. Light bodied and quite easy to drink in multiples. Overall its excellent and delicious.

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy golden orange to golden color with a creamy white, lasting head. Familiar banana and bubblegum aroma that is often present in these hefeweizens. This time it smells quite fresh and pure, nice. Flavor is fruity with banana and some mango and also has a hint of bitterness in the finish. Very smooth and creamy texture as well. Great hefeweizen.

Bottle, 8C. Cloudy gold; white head is modest for the style. Austere nose has grasses, yeast and citrus. Medium bodied with some wheat thickness. Not very sweet, with some sourness and spice. Slightly medicinal aftertaste. A nice drop, but not an exciting one.

500mL Bottle -- Pours golden amber with a thick white head. Aroma and flavor is mainly wheat and lemon with a sour finish. There is some band-aid funkiness. Not too sweet or bitter.
