tontalus (1796) - - DEC 22, 2022

DraftDodger (7613) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 19, 2022
UPDATED: AUG 19, 2022 Copenhagen 19/8 2022. 33 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. As St. Bernadus Watou Wit. Small town with huge beer cans rolling down the streets. Pours unclear - almost hazy - pale yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, sugared odor of lemonade with a touch of candy mingling with citric notes and spice. Oranges and citrus. Coriander and pepper. Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture. flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweetish and a tad watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry. Solid if somewhat Generic Witbier.
