750 ml bottle and previous samples. Thanks Ted. Burnished gold body with steady jets of carbonation and a full, frothy white head. Nicely conditioned aroma with notes of dough, pineapple, orange peels, and light spicy phenols. Full flavored with significant attenuation, which accentuates some substantial cutting bitterness. Some of the early fruity esters receded and allowed this to come together nicely.

Bottle courtesy of Zuchinicat. Pours a semi cloudy orange with a fizzy white head. Smells of citrus, sugar and malt. Taste is lightly bitter with a nice pilsnery finish.

Multiple samples, GABF 2006. Body is clear light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain, cereal), lightly hoppy (flowers), with notes of chamomile and DMS. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Nose is somewhat raw, simple. Ok balance, but not very interesting.

GABF 2006. Pours to a glowing yellow gold body with a thin white head. The aroma is banana’s foster. Lots of tart wheat going on. Sweet confusing yeasts and wheats. The palate is tart, good wheaty feel. A mess, however.
