Very malty. has a darker appearance than I was expecting. flavor is super malty and pleasant, alcohol flavor pops up even tho it’s low alcohol. sort of flat, i wish it had more zing in the mouthfeel. no hops. one of the better sequoia brews i’ve had though.

New on tap at Sequoia. A little early [? it isn’t quite October yet] Dark amber brown with a red light shining through. Nice cream colored head. Some lace down the glass. This seems like a pretty good standard Octoberfest, malty aroma and taste. And could be a good session beer. Easy drinking. I say this all the time but it IS true, .. another great addition from brewer Kevin --thanks!
