Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2018, Day 1. A murky purple beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of red fruits, grapes, lactic fruits. Taste of tart red fruits, red berries, lactic fruits, interesting.

UPDATED: DEC 8, 2018 Sampled at Billie's 2018. Clear red with thin head. Aroma and flavour have loads of blueberry. Nice mix of sweet and sour.

UPDATED: DEC 7, 2018 33cl Bottle @ Drinks of The World, Geneva, Switzerland. Hazy dark ruby colour with a thin pink head. Aroma is blueberries, tart. Taste is blueberries, tart, lactose, slightly yeasty. Medium body, moderate carbonation.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2018 330 ml. bottle sampled @ a cemetery in Zürich. Drank from the bottle. Nose is weird rotting fruit, sour cabbage. Overly fizzy, way too much carbonation. Taste is overly fizzy weird yoghurt, fizzy vegetable, yoghurt, lacking all fruit, whatever happened here is not correct.

@CBFZ - dark pink-red beer, cloudy and with a solid pinkish head: solid aroma of blueberries, light lemony, medium-bodied, gently sour, quite dry; light yeasty finish with more blueberries - quite fresh

UPDATED: NOV 1, 2018 330ml bottle served in an ordinary glass. Pours a cloudy purple hazy color forming a medium light bubbled creamy rosish head with medium to low retention and some lingering lacings formed and left in the glass. Looks like a beet juice. Nose is fruity and sour. Strong notes of blueberry. Notes of sweet pale malts. Metallic hints. Slightly sweet and sour upfront. Strong notes of blueberry and sweet pale malts. In overall, that taste is fruity and sour but not overwhelming. Good sour sweet balance. Light grassy hops bitterness. Light body, medium carbonation. Berries in the aftertaste. Good drinkability. Great fruity beer.

From bottle at Simplyfine, Thun at 6% ABV. Pours a hazy deep wine-red with a pink head. Mild aroma - some blueberries, raspberries, yogurt. Medium body with a soft carbonation, a light sourness and a light tartness. The flavor starts with raspberries, blueberries and some sour cherries followed by lactic notes and wheat. Finishes with a light tartness. Not very complex and rather mellow. Aroma: 7 Appearance: 5 Taste: 7 Palate: 3 Overall: 12
