In bocca è dolce, con chiusura appena acidula fresca, non pulitissima. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Stranissima e stucchevole, quel sentore di vaniglia non ha senso!

Pours light amber with a frothy white head. A little sweetness, light banana touches but like a little banana toffee, nice soft mouthfeel, a good Hefe Weisse.

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2023 Des total grotesken Etiketts hat man sich zwischenzeitlich entledigt, ein derart pannearmes Etikett habe ich ja noch nie gesehen, hihi! Der flüssige Teil erstrahlt im hefetrüben tiefen Bernstein völlig sortentypisch, mit dem reichhaltigen cremigen Schaum verhält es sich ebenso. Der Duft fällt dezent bananig-hefig aus, eine zusätzliche Pfirsich-Note ist ebenfalls wahrnehmbar und bringt eine schöne Frische mit ein. Eben diese findet sich auch im Antrunk wieder, welcher sich schön spritzig, hefig, fruchtig-süß und mit dezenter Säure präsentiert. Auffällig ist von Beginn an, dass der typische Bananen-Einschlag nicht die Alleinherrschaft einfordert, sondern auch noch erwähnten Pfirsich mit ins Boot holt. Es ist fraglos mehr Fruchtsüße als Würzigkeit vorhanden, erst im feinherben Abgang ist sowas wie ein Hopfeneinfluss spürbar. Die Restsüße empfinde ich als zu dick aufgetragen, dennoch halten sich die einflussnehmenden Aromen wunderbar die Waage. Und so habe ich hier eine recht spritzige, süßlich-fruchtige Weißbier-Kreation, die einen angenehmen Eindruck hinterlassen hat.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2023 --Bottled, from Landbierparadies, Nuremberg. -- Lightly hazy deep golden, creamy head. Rich aroma of banan and phenols. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. White bread, banana skids and tiger balm. Low to medium bitterness. Verkar refreshing.
