This is such a weird, weird beer. The nose is pure pumpkin pie, nice and strong. The flavor, however, is chocolate chips - cheap, waxy chocolate chips - and pumpkin pie. I can’t say I’ve ever wanted chocolate chips in my pumpkin pie. Or that combo in my beer.

22 oz. bottle tasted blind. Pours dark brown with solid tan head. Aroma of mint, cocoa, licorice and an off vegetal flavor. Okay sweetness but a weird sweaty funk flavor and a bitter vegetal flavor. Also finishes of licorice necco wafers. Good carbonation. Very complex beer but not drinkable.

Bottle courtesy of Pepsican. Pours a deep reddish with a good head and lace. The aroma is ginger and dark chocolate. Smells like delicious ginger cookies. Flavor is some pumpkin but lots of dark chocolate and spiciness. Pretty tasty stuff.

Not overpoweringly spiced. Nice pumpkin aroma. Classic liquid pumpkin pie, but not too sweet or cloying like a ST Pumking.

New bottle in Wine & Beer Haus, Seaside Oregon. I was looking for a special beer for my 1111th beer since 2002 in their Hall of Foam Club. Wow. Pours with a nice dark head. Has the chocolate & spice aroma, Tastes like a wonderful high end Stout w chocolate. builds up flavor as it warms up. A perfect beer for the occasion.

Bottle from after4ever. Huge thanks Tom! Pours a dark brown color with a small tan head. Nose is monster scents of nutmeg, cinnamon, chocolate, basic pumpkin pie flavors. My wife could smell it across the table! Palate is thick, creamy and smooth as silk. Flavors of pumpkin pie with a chocolate coating. Light bitterness in the finish gives it a little extra texture. This is wonderful.

Bottle shared by pepsican. Thanks. Poured a nearly opaque brown color with red highlights. The head was light tan. Smelled of distinct clove, coffee, and dark chocolate. Medium bodied and sweet with notes of darkly roasted malt and cocoa.
