UPDATED: SEP 4, 2023 Tap @ Kammgarn Biez, Schaffhausen. Very mildly hazed golden-yellow with a head and a carbonation. Quaffable standard brewery beer, which is quite soft and has a hint of citrus.

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2023 Can. Pours clear golden with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with hoppy touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of malt and yeast. Bitter and acidic aftertaste with estery and malty notes. Well, a regular beer but definitely not bad for the style.

Aroma of yeast, bread, straw, malt, touch herby/funky. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, touch tart. Moderate body, oily, quite fizzy. Light spicy finish. Quite decent, bit too fizzy.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2021 This beer is a poster child for crispy boys. I feel the surrounding snow encompasses the essence of this beer the moment it hits your lips. The medium head has some staying power for a light beer, giving an impressive foam. The taste is relatively simple without any frills. Light bready cereal taste with no hops or bitterness. It's a refresher, through and through, but maintains some modicum of flavor contrary to traditional 'light beers.' A great beer for a 7 mile hike in the alps, hanging out lakeside on a hot day, or watching a ball game (pick your ball of fancy).  KA-RIS-PEE.
