I think this is from kp, but I could be wrong...was pretty hammered at this point of the tasting. Hazy yellow pour with thin head. Hops, flowers and citrus on the nose....much the same on the flavor, with some decent bitterness on the finish. Easy to drink DIPA.

Aroma was citrus, orange, hops, and spruce. Flavor exploded on the palate. Floral hops, cirtus, clover, and orange. Finish is dry and bitter. A great IIPA. I think this is better than their Devil Dancer triple IPA. zach8270 (2271), Henrietta, New York, USA

Aroma is very hoppy and bitter with a nice and smooth citrus and malt backbone. Tons of hops at the beginning of the flavor with a very sweet malt finish. The citrus of the hops really comes through near the end and leaves a rather bitter but sweet flavor on the palate. Thick and smooth all throughout. hornyfreak (5), Michigan, USA does not count | 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Mar 16, 2010 This is a great beer through and through. Nice hoppy nose, and equally good taste. Russians will like this beer a lot ChacoMaco (8), Minnesota, USA does not count | 4.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Mar 15, 2010 Citrus and floral aroma. | 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 17/20 | Mar 13, 2010 Tastes of grapefruit and hops. Pretty well balanced, with a nice tune of carbonation to cut. I think it was a little on the sweet side for me, which could have been balanced out better by a stronger hop flavor or perhaps a little lighter mouth feel. Medium/heavy body. Long lingering hop aftertaste. Solid representation of the style. tomhenderson (131), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA

Intense grapefruit and pine resin up front in the aroma doesn’t disappoint in the taste. Thick and viscous mouthfeel is offset by pleasant carbonation. Nice lacing on glass. This is a primo DIPA! Great DIPA.......Founders just makes great brew...period. Is it the best DIPA I’ve ever had? No, but it’s a damn good one. Awesome smokin’ hop aroma, nice mouthfeel, awesome flavor....and very appropriate bitterness throughout. I’ll enjoy drinking a lot of this!
