Commercial Description:
Dry Hopped with a load of Cascade hops grown in the Pacific Northwest. Doggie Style has enough hop character to satisfy hop-heads, but isn’t overpoweringly hoppy. It’s brilliant amber-copper color and pleasant malt flavor comes from the addition of Carastan malts.

Bottle at home. Amber colour, white head. Aroma of pine, hops, smells promising. Flavour is malty, hoppy, nice citric hoppy bitterness. Dry mouthfeel, soft. Good one.

...bottle. Not bad, light bodied pale ale. Better than most Pale Ales int he same category with more flavor. Smooth, not overwhelmingly hopped, with a nice flavor. Notes of pine and citrus, with a dry slightly bitter finish. Nice malt flavor, balanced and very drinkable.

Bottle 12 oz. Doggie style.... what an introduction. Pours a clear dark amber with a nice "huge-bubbled" fluffy head. The nose is with sweet hops, pine-trees and citrus fruits with a light bitterness far away. The palate is very waterish and disappointing. The taste is pale but is increasing with a heavy bitterness and i taste sour grapes, hops and licorice

Average. Very sweet for a pale ale, no noticeable hop bite, I was hoping for some more balance, but maybe I’m just too much of a hop head to see it.

Clear amber, head lasts. Cascade hop aroma. Sweet malt body with some citrus hops, but not as bitter as I thought. Maybe needs to be fresher? I can’t figure out the date on my bottle. Good, but doesn’t stand out from the (dog) pack.

Good ’ol pale from Colorado...nice balanced aroma with a hearty malt palate back up by a nicely done hop note. Somewhat sweet on the tongue. Overall good drinking beer!

Amber brew that smelled of citris, woodsy, almost pine like hops. Taste is about the same. While the brewer did find a nice balance between malt and hops, for my taste anyways, should have used a different variety of hops.
