Wonderful, deeply inviting and strong aroma of lemon peel, oak, vinegar, cork, leather and barnyard. Great taste with hints of vinegar, vanilla, lemon peel, rhubarb, oak, dandelion and hops. Great acidity. Long, very dry finish which is reminiscent of lemon peel and rhubarb. A wonderful beer. crowderm (306), Recklinghausen, Germany
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 26, 2009 Golden pour with a small white head that sticks around the edges. Clean, acidic aroma. Sour apple, apricot maybe? The flavor so acidic that the exact nature of the fruit flavors is hard to discern, but it tastes good regardless. Pretty mild actually, not terribly bitter. Possibly some white grape as well. Good beer, maupie (653), Roosendaal, Netherlands
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 26, 2009 After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity not wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and evenly of structure. The beer also contained no carbonic acid in the glass.
The beer has a clear orange color and a light acid taste. The after tast of the beer is light hoppy bitter with a fruity touch. This beer smells to light acid. gyllenbock (500), Stockholm, Sweden
| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Oct 21, 2009 The appearance was cloudy, orange color. Almosy no foam.
Tart with some hints of smoke and yeast. A significantly sour taste, yet not so brutal that the beer was not possible to drink. Also some lemon and apples. Easy on the tongue and a very dry sense of fluid. Reminds about champagne, but with the big difference that it is tastier. trapez (872), Hilleroed, Denmark
