Brewed from pale and caramel malts and heavily hopped with Hersbracker and Saaz hops, this is a beer for the connoisseur, who does not shy away from a robust hoppiness. Its full, smooth flavor makes it an ideal session beer.

Bottle: Nice one finger thick foamy white head that disappears slowly. Smell of roasted bread, hops and fruits. Golden yellow to amber color of beer. Taste is very fruity, bit hoppy, slight hint of heavier/roasted malts, hint of vanilla.

33cl Bottle at Gollem II. Hazy light yellow colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, pale malts, some wheat, floral hops. Flavour is flowery, a bit of bready malts, yeast, nice dry bitter finish. Dry mouthfeel, has some saison qualities. Medium bodied. Good beer.

Pours a hazy blonde with a small head. Faint aroma of citrus and apple. Flavor is slightly sweet, spicy, slightly bitter, and with a bitter finish. Not really outspoken, but quite ok.

Bottle. Cloudy blonde color with a head going quickly to lace. Aroma of honey and pilsner malts, much like a maibock. Spicy, strong, rich malt flavor with honey and decent bitterness. Rich and tasty, interesting though not super original. Smooth, soft mouth.

330 ml bottle. Clear, golden/orange body with a dense white head. Aroma is fruity, spicy and cane sugar. Flavor is quite light, fruity, sweet malt, caramel and a bit floral. Medium body and a spicy finish. Quite nice, maybe a bit to much on the sweet side, could have been less sweeter and more refreshing.
