Reddy brown, healthy tight doughy head. Crisp carbonation. Rich woody and nutty aroma. Slightly sour tang highlighted by the cold. Pleasnat woodiness in the mouth. Some fruity ester retronasals. Lovely nutty and mushroomy taste. A bit emasculated, I’m sure this is brewed stronger and watered down. Finish pleasnatly nutty and mushroomy. Not as good as I remember it, it used to be a stonker, but still very pleasant. plovmand (2023), Hillerød, Denmark
