Commercial Description:
This beer looks like it means business right from the start. It is dark red brown with a good fluffy head and has a rich spicy malt nose with a few bitter orange notes. The palate has a big hoppy bite and a rich, fruity, dark coffee character, which tries to become roasted in the finish.

The aroma is very yeasty and fruity with notes of apples and cloves. The color is an unclear brown with a beutiful light brown head. The flavor is very complex; notes of coffee, cloves, plums, cinnamon, and yeast. A great flavor - if You like your beer to taste of something.

(Bottle 33 cl) 8,5% ABV in my version. Dark brown colour - like dark chocolate. Decent beige head. Lovely fruity almost perfumy nose - coriander? Notes of caramel, raisin and prunes in particular. Pronounced hoppy finish. 170398

Bottled. Dark nut brown. Papery raisin aroma. Dry, a bit thin with short, rounded mouthfeel. Some berries and cinnamon, otherwise not much. Very drinkable for it’s size however.

Bottled. Deep ruby red colour, small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, some ginger and other spices, fruits and yeast. Flavour is very much the same along with coffee and mild sugaryness. All the roasted/toasted notes are gone once the beer warms up a bit from being fridge cold. I liked it more when cold.
